A straight answer
A clear explanation of what's causing your problem, based on research of your site, not general advice.
One strategy session. A clear direction for your content.
Stuck on a content problem and not sure what to do next? I research your website, goals and competitors, we work through the problem together in a 1-hour content strategy session, and you leave with a written action plan for the next 30–90 days.
The promise
Nobody can honestly promise rankings from a single session. What I can promise is that you'll leave knowing exactly what to do next, in what order and why.
A clear explanation of what's causing your problem, based on research of your site, not general advice.
Concrete steps for the next 30–90 days, in priority order, so you know where to start on Monday.
No more second-guessing or going in circles. You get unstuck and move forward with confidence.
01 / The basics
Content strategy consulting is expert advice on what content your business should create, fix or stop, and why. Here it takes the form of a content strategy session: I research your website and goals beforehand, we work through your problem on a 1-hour call, and you get a written action plan to follow.
It's built for people who don't need a full project, but a sharp second opinion and a clear direction. You bring the problem; I bring the research, experience and a plan you can act on straight away.
A consulting session solves one specific problem quickly and gives you a short-term action plan. A full content strategy is a larger project: a complete audit, research and a long-term plan for your whole website. Many people start with a session and decide afterwards whether they need more.
Anything to do with your website content, search and AI visibility. For example: why your blog isn't bringing traffic or leads, which topics to write first, how to plan a product or landing page, why organic traffic dropped, how to show up in ChatGPT and AI Overviews, or whether to hire a writer, an agency or do it in-house.
02 / How it works
Six steps from first call to finished plan. Most of the work happens before we meet, so the session is spent on answers, not on background questions.
We talk briefly about your situation and I confirm whether a session is the right fit for your problem.
You tell me about your main goals, your problem, what you've already tried and anything else I should know.
I review your content, search and AI visibility, competitors and anything else that helps answer your question.
I walk you through my findings with a presentation or PDF, answer your questions and we agree on priorities together.
Clear, step-by-step tasks based on your goal, in the order they should be done, written so your team can follow them without me.
A free 15-minute call once you've worked through the steps, or earlier if you'd like to talk about further help.
03 / When you need it
When you don't need more content, you need a decision. These are the most common reasons people book a session.
Traffic dropped, a page won't rank or posts don't bring leads, and you can't work out why.
You know content matters, but not where to start, what to focus on or what to ignore.
You're about to hire a writer or agency, or start a big project, and want an expert view first.
Everyone has a different idea of what to publish. An outside view helps you decide and move on.
A new website, blog, product or landing page, and you want the content right from the start.
You're not sure how ChatGPT and AI Overviews affect your content, or what to change because of them.
04 / Deliverables
Clarity you can act on: a clear answer to your problem, a direction you trust and a plan that shows exactly what to do next.
What's really going on and why, explained in plain language and backed by research of your site.
The presentation or PDF from the session, so you can revisit the reasoning or share it with your team.
Step-by-step tasks in priority order, including what not to spend time on.
A free 15-minute call to review progress and adjust the next steps.
Whether you can carry on alone, or whether a larger service would actually help.

Yes, as long as they're connected. A session works best around one main goal, such as "why isn't our blog bringing leads?", with a few related questions. If you have several unrelated problems, I'll suggest which to tackle first or whether two sessions make more sense.
Some problems do. At the end of the session, I'll tell you honestly whether the action plan is enough, whether a second session would help, or whether a larger service like a full content strategy or blog management is the better next step. There's no pressure to buy anything else.
Yes. It's often better if the people who will act on the plan hear the reasoning first-hand — for example, a founder, a marketing lead and a writer.
It helps but isn't required. Read-only access lets me check real traffic and search data before the session. Without it, I work from your website, public data and what you share in the form.
Often more than for large companies. Small teams can't afford to spend months on content that goes nowhere. For $149, one session can save you from the wrong priorities, a wasted hire or a blog built on topics nobody searches for.
A content strategist usually works inside a company, planning and managing content every day. A content strategy consultant is brought in from outside to diagnose a problem, give an expert opinion and set a direction, then hand the plan to your team.
